Contains some very good articles/statistics in the Weight Watchers Facts & Figures and the Nutrition Facts & Tips sections. It also offers a sample 3 day menu (for Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in addition to a breakdown of all their food products (how much fat, calories etc... they contain). Also included is a lot of information on the Weight Watchers organization itself and meeting times/locations.
